  • Comcast Cable available in all rooms (cost is not included in weekly rent and must be set up by tenant directly with Comcast)

  • Building is locked 24 hours a day and controlled by card key access and security cameras throughout

Requirements

  • Complete application form for each prospective tenant
  • Picture ID
  • Current address, email, phone contact, and emergency contact
  • Agree to a credit, CORI (Criminal Offender Record Information), and background check; income verification; and past landlord reference
  • $40 card key required
  • Proof of income (income must be no less than $1,200 per month or twice monthly rent)
  • Option to pay weekly or monthly by cash or bank check (no personal checks)
  • Required to provide one-month security and last month’s rent
  • Rent due every Saturday for weekly and 1st of every month for monthly
